Precautions against crane accident
The improper lifting operation of mobile cranes such as inclined hoisting is banned. It is dangerous to lift or pull out the things buried deep underground or clotted on the surface with luffing boom cranes.
Electric shock is another main factor that Tower Crane operators have to pay attention to. In normal operation, the boom, wirerope, hook and even the cargo of truck cranes must keep a safe distance with the power transmission line. Under no condition should anyone touch the wireropes with bare hands during crane operation. Operators must retract the crane boom in stormy weather while working in openfields to avoid being struck by lightning.
